When is my reservation confirmed?
After SABO confirms availability in writing and any required payment or retainer is completed.
Is wait time included?
Standard pickup includes 15 minutes. Airport pickup includes up to 45 minutes after the reported flight arrival unless your confirmation states otherwise.
Can I add stops?
Yes. Add stops to your request; additional time, distance, tolls or parking may change the final quote.
What is the cancellation policy?
No fee 24 or more hours before pickup; 50% within 6–24 hours; 100% within six hours or for a no-show, unless your confirmation has special-event terms.
Can passengers drive the vehicle?
No. SABO provides chauffeur-driven transportation only.
